[問題] Rack pull(架上拉)相對於硬舉
硬舉一段時間後發現自己動作瑕疵還是很多,組數一增加下背壓力就很大。
決定改練5*5的rack pull,但不確定相對短程的rack pull的重量可以做硬舉的幾倍?
先做1.5倍不知道會不會太操之過急?
