[討論] 有人嘗試過上樓梯當有氧嗎?
晚安,我肥宅啦。
時間漸漸不夠用,不太可能像暑假天天重訓,打算加入一點有氧。現在住在宿舍10樓,剛才嘗試從1樓走到10樓,大約花我2分鐘吧,發現這可以是一個有氧的選擇。
有大大試過上樓梯當有氧嗎?當上到頂樓時會選擇搭電梯到1樓還是走回1樓再繼續新的一輪呢?(聽說下樓梯傷膝蓋?)還有大概幾趟才夠呢?
