[問題] 練腿後腿軟跌倒
今天下午跟隨教練練腿
用Leg press練到力竭
一開始還好 在健身房內洗澡 搭捷運都沒問題
結果搭公車回家 到站下車踩地板時整個腿軟
膝蓋去撞到人行道的邊緣 傷口大概10元硬幣
還站不起來 旁邊路人還合力把我扶起來找椅子
還好是在家附近 就打給家人載去看醫生消毒
剛剛晚餐出門去遇到小階梯也是踩了就腿沒力
又摔了一次 抓著旁邊的柱子很用力才爬起來
然後腳又多了幾個傷口= =
所以我想問的是 練腿後該怎麼回家啊
搭公車下車很困難 騎車我怕腳踩也會腿軟
開車沒力踩煞車怎麼辦 其實還滿危險的
還是說盡量不要練到完全沒力
其實這不是第一次練 之前也是一次腿軟
可是很安穩的回家 也沒有一直軟腳的情形發生
這個樣子很像在復健的感覺 腿都不能控制
上半身還可以不用 腳一軟就是跌倒 膝蓋著地

其實今天算是重量突破 看著槓片這麼多
我自己也沒想到會這樣
看來以後Leg press要拿捏一下
這會讓你彎下去就起不來 其他機器到不至於
