[問題] 請問可以一週練六天 5x5是好的選擇嗎?
十月中要出國見朋友 打算這個月來一份操一點的菜單 看到水肥分享的瘋牛5x5 力量混
合健美 感覺很想嘗試看看
有個疑問是說 我最近每天都有很充分的時間運動與休息 而這種全身練的訓練法好像一般
都會休一天 這樣對於我這種時間選擇很多 對力量增長要求不大 主要想練體態的來說是
個相對更好選擇嗎?
我目前是 週一 胸加三頭
週二 背加二頭
週三 腿
週四 肩膀加二三頭
休一天然後循環
有氧比較少做 如果當天待的健身房有壺鈴會盪壺 我在想練瘋牛計畫的話 當中休的那一
天跑去游泳
麻煩前輩們指點一下!
