[問題] 股二頭肌與籃球
請問如果以增加籃下對抗能力
無論背框還是卡位
是否要特別練股二頭肌(例如說硬舉)
還是主要練深蹲就好呢
另外練臀肌對低位對抗有幫助嗎
還有如果練股四頭肌
是不是也是得練股二頭肌來平衡呢
