各位深蹲臥推2倍體重的體脂5%巨巨們 好
小魯我現在高二 沒很壯
硬舉約 25~30公斤(不含槓)
ㄋㄟㄋㄟ臥推 28
因為住校的關係 所以沒辦法每天練習
想請教大大一個禮拜去1~2次的全身訓練計畫
