[問題] 請問熱量赤字下 掉肌肉的比例
請問各位巨巨
方便計算
三個月 以體重一百公斤 減十公斤為例
在熱量赤字下 掉幾%的肌肉是合理的
既然cut就是盡量保持肌肉 減去脂肪
那這十公斤內 多少的比例是合理的
例如掉80%脂肪 剩下20%是肌肉+水
怎樣的比例算是成功的
或者掉幾%以上的肌肉就是失敗的呢?
大家可以幫我解惑 或是經驗分享嗎?
