我覺得微胖的人練最好,太瘦的人練起來沒有搭配吃長脂肪或吃不胖光是長肌肉
力量大不了多少,好處就是線條明顯,然後沒了
有點脂肪全身性的力量都會比較大,對做任何動作都有幫助
看U2影片,身形瘦的人即使線條明顯,在同個動作做多組數
情況下瘦的姿勢都容易跑掉,這個看單槓特別明顯,你看一個精壯台灣人拉
跟一個線條不明顯微胖但有練的美國人拉,穩定度的差別很明顯就看的出來
講這多哥就是長不出脂肪在哭哭啦 嗚嗚

體指高練起來線條沒那麼明顯有差嗎,力量就屌打你啊
