[問題] 是否強幹弱枝比較好
如題
肥宅我想應該很少有哪個神人能把拮抗肌鍛煉的完全一樣強
那麼在必定不會均等的前提下
是否軀幹部位的訓練量略大於四肢比較好呢?
也就是胸腹背腰頸肩臀這些地方訓練略重於手臂腿到末梢
因為脊椎的重要性遠大於手腳骨
而且在練胸背這些地方的時候同時也可以練到二頭三頭等部位
四肢的練習進度若遠超軀幹部位容易傷到脊椎
請問這樣的觀念有誤嗎?
