[問題] 關於靈活飲食的操作方式
先介紹自己,我是男生,之前在5月時用inbody測量為
體脂肪25%
體重73.5公斤
從那時開始嘗試重訓,訓練菜單如下:
在家用啞鈴:
二 胸、三頭
四 背、二頭
健身房:
五 腿、核心
六 胸、三頭
日 背、二頭
介紹完了,切入重點:
請問各位都會精確地算出每天吃的蛋白質、脂肪、澱粉的量嗎?
在減脂期,我能不能只要煮低油飲食就好,不要去太計較吃進多少的量?
例如我今天的飲食如下:
早餐:
約300CC 無糖豆漿 + 燕麥片
橘子一顆
午餐:
竹筍鮪魚罐頭炒白菜(跟女友分著吃)
烤鮭魚(約100 G)
兩小碗(自助餐碗)的地瓜粥
下午茶點心:
橘子一顆
晚餐:
烤花椰菜
烤牛排(約100G)
烤雞胸肉(約150G,有加橄欖油)
半碗糙米混白飯
二十來顆的葡萄
宵夜:
300CC牛奶加三多奶蛋白
雖然我也有磅秤,但是吃個飯要用磅秤量我覺得太瘋狂...
