小弟我手臂很細
伏地挺身慢慢做最多20下左右
一天都會累積50~100下
自覺手已經很累
做完也都會喝牛奶或豆漿
做了一個多月胸部好像還是沒什麼變化
是因為強度不夠
還是方法不對
