[問題] 關於深蹲訓練腿部肌肉這個動作
最近開始有用自身體重做訓練,發現在深蹲這動作時候,全蹲下去(屁股碰到大腿)
跟站起來時候(完全站直)是比較省力的,(肌肉在全蹲下去跟完全站直時候可以休息)
然而如果換個方式練習,下蹲時候不要讓屁股碰大腿,站立時候不要讓腿部完全伸直
保持雙腿一直在用力狀況,會非常的費力,似乎練到更多。想請教這兩種究竟
哪種是能夠不會有運動傷害且更有效率的訓練方式呢? 謝謝。
