[討論] 練的越壯越容易圓肩?
昨天聽到萵苣的教練說,
很多人練得很壯,
但是脖子都會前傾,會壓迫脖子的神經,
然後練太壯很容易圓肩???
然後練完之後用力壓肌肉會痛表示肌肉已經深層的受到傷害了,
需要多做伸展運動來拉開肌肉群,
因為小弟是健身新手,不知道是否正確,想請教各位巨巨解答一下,
