[問題] KB overhead squat討鞭
本來有拍左右手版本,但右手的影片是橫的,不曉得怎麼轉成直的就沒PO了
這個暑假想說除了練習壺鈴動作以外,也來做做看overhead squat、overhead lunge、
overhead shrugs跟mini band深蹲修正姿勢...還有推薦可以做的嗎?我的工具只有一顆16

順便借問一下,「把肩胛骨收進口袋」究竟是一個怎麼樣的動作?我好像以前在哪裡聽過
一個cue是把手插進口袋裡然後用力插到最深(聽起來是肩胛下壓),類似這樣的感覺嗎?
是在做任何動作(包括手高舉過頭的動作)的時候都要維持收進口袋的感覺嗎?
