[問題] 關於飲食的疑問
很多文章都說要減脂
飲食要避免糖飲料油
可是如果即使吃了漢堡或喝了一杯可樂
或是來碗滷肉飯
但一天的熱量還是控管在基礎代謝+運動消耗以內
這樣還會增加多餘脂肪嗎?
因為目前體脂肪19
平常健身也有搭配有氧
但是偶爾健身完
就會想來一份1+1=50
漢堡和可樂
或是偶爾會去買杯現榨果汁
題外話
有人習慣健身前喝一罐red bull
或老虎牙子等提神飲料的嗎?
有朋友說這樣比較有體力精神也比較好
