1.與其一次上健身房狂練4小時
不如每天花一點時間運動個20~30分鐘
2.動作多樣性是有必要的
要練胸最好就是上中下都練
3.經歷一段長時間的規律運動後
最好安排一段完全休息的小假期
4.力竭是一項工具
但你不需要每次上健身房、每個動作都必須練到力竭
※個人整理專家+選手的建議是
●複雜的全身性動作不要練到力竭(健力式深蹲、硬舉)
●容易受傷的動作不要練到力竭(直立式划船)
●不要一進健身房就練到力竭(走之前再補就好)
●不要過度迷信力竭(練到受傷就啥都沒了)
5.離心的刺激對肌肥大的效果
可能比向心更好
