[問題] 大家伏地挺身都做到什麼地步?
小弟做伏地挺身大概三個禮拜
正常伏地挺身:15 + 17 + 13 + 10.5 + 8 (組與組之間休息1分)
與肩同寬:9 + 5 + 9 (組與組之間休息1分半)
這是最近的次數
我都沒辦法撐到20下(除第一組),是我肌耐力太差嗎? 該怎麼進步
還是我做的時間不夠長嗎? 畢竟才三個禮拜
會上來問是因為有一陣子都這樣
沒辦法有突破的感覺....
我是不是該開始把腳往上抬、背重物來增加困難度?
想知道神板友們都做到什麼程度,電爆我吧 >///<
