[問題] 肌肉會越練越小嗎?
各位巨巨好,本魯是今年高三應屆畢業生,沒上過健身房,所以不知道體脂
身高178cm/62kg/ BMI 19.5
一直都是腸胃很差的瘦猴男
自己在家練半年多了,從58kg→62kg
採一天練腹,一天練伏地挺身,然後一個禮拜有兩節體育課我會拉單槓
腹部一開始是用一次80下仰臥起坐(用家裡的仰臥起坐板,調到倒數第二陡)
不過2個月前看文章說會傷到下背,就改成基礎的棒式,撐1分半休息30秒做3組
大約兩個禮拜前又換成YouTube上的8 min ABS workout,想說強度比較大
伏地挺身就是標準姿勢,第一組25下,第二組20下
單槓反拉連續7下,正拉3下
然後就累了,就加減拉幾下直到下課
運動完我一定會喝一大杯統一陽光豆漿(全糖),每天晚餐固定兩顆蛋,早餐有牛奶
睡眠時間5~6小時(畢竟還在準備考試)
我知道這個訓練量會笑掉很多沙灘巨巨的大牙,不過對一個竹竿男來說都是練到超痛+邊
練邊抖
覺得線條變不明顯大概是這一個月的事,從下腹開始,二頭肌也有慢慢在消的感覺
是吃不夠還是睡不夠嗎?還是壓力呢?
