[問題]伏地挺身天天練?
如題
想請問各位巨巨 伏地挺身可以天天練嗎
我現在是大概每個禮拜挑三天來做
照德壯的方式來練10X 10 組間60秒
之前也聽過肌肉要休息 不可以連操
但是也聽有人說伏地挺身強度不太夠
所以小弟想說這樣會不會剛好抵消 可以天天練(平時也會穿插練腿跟腹)
小弟附近沒有什麼健身房 大概一個月兩三次健身房而已 所以以家裡練為主
另外想問伏地挺身手有機會變粗嗎 還是其實很有限呢?
目前手邊只有一張假掰圖 可是練一年這樣覺得有點失望..
