[問題] 深蹲Low bar跟High bar差別在哪
請問深蹲 Low bar 跟 high bar到底差別在哪??
(自己感覺不出差別,爬文也看不是很懂)
槓的擺放位置不同,是否會有不同訓練效果??
要怎麼評估自己適合Low bar還是high bar ??
請問有必要每隔一段時間 Low Bar跟 High Bar
動作交換練刺激不同肌群嗎??
我自己
傳統硬舉與相撲硬舉偶爾交換做,有感覺刺激位置不同
但深蹲就還是沒辦法深入了解
