雖然說女生很難練壯
但對於真的有毅力決心想練壯的女性同胞們(有嗎?)
練壯的確不無可能
罷特!首先妳必須要有....
無比的決心-撐下去的意志力
過人的毅力-持續不斷的訓練
想死的訓練-充斥著吶喊與嘶吼
非人的生活-即使辛苦訓練也不能亂吃
這樣或許就有可能接近妳想要的樣子
前情提要:
小妹在下我接觸重訓到現在約三年半.....

一起練的男夥伴都說我是奇葩
居然當初沒有被嚇跑而越練越大隻
一開始我也跟其他人一樣追求重量
為什麼?成就感啊!爽啊!
後來得到的是...一身傷啊!
之後練出興趣,誤打誤撞轉當教練
學了更多運動解剖學、生理學
也試著用各種方式控制肌肉去重訓
效果更是越來越好(壯?)
練後的充血也是讓我練後很愛自拍啊XDDD

個人偏好啞鈴
除了背和腿,幾乎都是使用啞鈴訓練
訓練時間控制在45分鐘內結束
一週至少練四天(不含有氧)
我當初本來也沒想練壯
只是越練對自己期望越高
有個前輩跟我說:
把目標放遠一點,或許你能做到得更多
因此我現在的目標是:

與其擔心長肌肉,不如先擔心脂肪囤積吧!
