[問題] 一周硬舉深蹲幾次?
各位壯壯巨巨大家好
小弟最近開始練下半身
而排得課表為每周的135
硬舉深蹲硬舉 下周則為
深蹲硬舉深蹲
都是做5x5 都做到自己極限的重量
但最近有點感到操勞核心無力
請問小弟應該怎麼改課表?
又各位巨巨是如何安排課兩個動作的?
