60KG(當天5x5為67.5KG)

83KG
其實我不知道這到底算深蹲還是硬舉
控制住下背穩定不吃力
盡量以臀大肌和股二頭的力量舉起

我練腿的課表就這兩種 都5x5 一週三次
請各位前輩幫忙看看有沒有哪裡要注意或改進的QQ

因為小弟柔軟度好像不錯(能把腳放到自己頭上?
膝蓋打直雙腿併攏手掌貼地也行
所以蹲多低和打多直實在有點難抓...
之前有試過拉到股二頭會緊繃 但感覺很像直腿硬舉?
再試試看囉...
