[問題] 只練側平舉會變成怎樣?
先說一下,說想只練側平舉的不是我,而是一個新認識的學弟,上次他就問我說只練側平
舉的話可以嗎,我一時不知道怎麼回答,有跟他說這樣外觀可能會怪怪的,但想不到實際
會有什麼問題,請問各位有認識只練側平舉的人嗎?會變成怎樣?
另外順便問一下,以前爬文有看到說三角要大要練推的動作,像軍式舉,可是為什麼?是
因為跟前、側平舉相比來說更不穩定,所以對三角肌的刺激提高嗎?
