[問題] 長跑選手喝乳清蛋白?
本身是田徑中長跑選手,一直都有在做重訓
因為身上的肌肉線條一直都不明顯,於是有了想喝乳清蛋白的念頭
想請問如果只在高強度的間歇訓練和重訓後補充乳清蛋白,是否會長出對於長跑是負擔的
肌肉?或者是說能夠對於肌肉修復速度有幫助呢?
