[問題] 早晨有氧運動問題
最近想在早晨做有氧運動 不過據網路上的資料
早晨空腹狀態直接有氧 很可能會消耗掉肌肉
看了建議是說 先補充一些蛋白質在去做
那如果我一早起來馬上喝乳清之後過了多久可以去做有氧?
我喝的是ON的消化時間查了一下好像是90分鐘
還是有其他更好的辦法?? 請求各位大大們給些建議~~~
