健身一個月的心得

飲食部分
早餐:
全麥鮪魚吐司加蛋,無糖豆漿200ml
午餐:
都類似這個樣子

晚餐:
分成2種
A.平時

B.有運動時(運動前1小時)

運動後:
蘋果一顆
乳清20g(75%蛋白)
水一天1500ml左右
運動時間每週2,4,6
星期2:複習教練課1hr+間歇抗阻1hr
星期4:教練課1hr+拳擊有氧1hr
星期6:練其他部位1hr+拳擊有氧1hr

我只能外食,這些東西吃好膩QQ
朋友只要一聽說我有在去健身房
就會把衣服拉起來看
然後就會一直嘴我說沒用
請問腹肌大概要什麼程度才會出現呢
我的目標
體重65
體脂我不知道要多少才行
