[問題] 女生減脂重訓建議(完全新手)

各位好,
自己雖然有在偶爾重訓,
但是想幫一個女生朋友上來問問。
她20歲身高157 體重51 體脂肪卻有27.9
但看上去只有下半身稍微有肉(但整體看起來是很正常的身材)
因此我覺得她身體的肌肉量太少了,因此應該要有氧跟重訓並行
不知道這個認知有沒有錯誤? 所以想問問各位板友。
目前想以跑步當作有氧運動,且加上深蹲或者是大腿的重訓
第二個問題是想詢問各位這樣的方法行不行得通,
或者是有無更好的訓練方式?
一週大概只有1天能練,且是個完全沒有接觸過重訓的新手。
首要目標是降低體脂肪
