[問題] 想學槓鈴的基礎動作
目前練重訓邁入第三個月ing,時間其實非常的短
最近在思考著要不要去學槓鈴相關的四個基礎動作Deadlift,Back Squat,Bench Press和
Overhead Press,不知道對現在的我而言是不是太早了QQ?
因為槓鈴讓我感覺好像很危險...不能光靠自學...需要有專業人士教導才行
目前看到Formosa Fitness有這種團體課1000摳((好像還可以接受!?
不知道其他的健身中心有沒有比較推薦的方式O_Q
