[問題] 請問羅馬尼亞硬舉
請問一下,
羅馬尼亞硬舉主要是訓練股四頭跟臀部嗎?
我在練這動作,
感覺下背有出到力,
很容易不知不覺會駝背,
肩膀會想出力,
不知道是否動作錯誤?!
還有羅馬尼亞硬舉好像很少在健身房看到有人在練,
練這個的動作實在不太了解好處在哪?!
這個會訓練到下背部嗎?
