[問題] 練二頭肌要練腿?
練了三個月 二頭只有微微的變厚
平常練二頭都做臂彎 hammer curl concentration curl
20p及25p加起來每組做10 rep 通常concentration curl只有前三個rep可以做滿10下
接下來兩組做個6下就掰了 有點灰心之餘也覺得自己怎麼這麼弱 練到現在還在25p
所以上版爬文 之前爬文看到的 好像想要練肌肉一定要練腿
當然健身是要全身都練 還有核心
但是我一直對這句話感到疑惑 為甚麼練二頭也要練腿
練腿的時候會怎麼樣練到二頭? 請問有沒有高手可以幫我解惑一下
有時候爬文爬的越多 反而有很多觀念都會一直搞混 唉
