[問題] 關於滾輪跪姿練腹肌
各位前輩好,小弟因為目前使用滾輪跪姿方法練腹肌
前一年開始訓練的時候腹部很酸沒錯,但是現在
慢慢滾了20幾下後,雙手感覺都很痠,但是腹部卻還可以忍受
之後每次都等到手不行了就休息..但是腹部感覺還沒有進到最高壓迫感
不知道該怎辦?是姿勢錯誤嗎...?
還是說只是單純手臂耐力不夠?如果是這樣若再利用跪姿練腹肌效果好嗎?
