[問題] 訓練肌肥大和肌耐力的平衡?

我目前的所知是,
肌肥大:大重量低次數,例如:8RM X 4 組
肌耐力:低重量高次數,例如:30RM X 4 組
假設目前我以肌耐力為主要訓練重點,訓練了1.5~2個月,
更改為肌肥大的訓練方式會有什麼影響嗎?
或者一星期練肌肥大或一星期練肌耐力,會不會互相干擾?
