[問題] 小腿跟大腿一樣粗 (補圖)

不知道是不是有人跟我有一樣的問題,
我的小腿與我的大腿幾乎快一樣粗。
簡介一下自己:
26 歲/ male / 178cm / 72kg / 15%
加入重訓不到一年,小學一年級開始練田徑至國二,
重訓前半年都有練腿,已刻意避免小腿肌的運動。
半年後因為小腿的關係把腿的課表減少了非常多,
但是小腿肌仍然有長大的趨勢...
這樣的身材其實對自己來說還滿困擾的,
因為我上半身是窄身,所以穿起短褲特別奇怪,
重訓之後雖然上半身有長大,好了一些
但我想若要平均小腿肌的視覺,可能要再壯個兩三倍吧,
我是以健力的標準看待自己,
所以也不希望上半身能夠練壯到什麼地步(當然也沒那麼容易)
下半身的話我也不想把大腿練得更壯更粗去平均小腿,
因為目前的身材已是沙漏型了,
如果著重在大腿的訓練,可能身形不是倒三角而是正三角
所以想請教各位的是你們是不是有
"為了平均下半身,把上半身練壯"的經驗呢?
若有,是怎麼樣的排課表進行,怎麼樣補充營養的呢?
另外還有一個小小的心得:
如果可以,一定要練腿,尤其是減肥,搭配有氧減得特別快,
再者,
重訓半年後我停下了大部分腿的課表,但維持一樣的營養補充與熱量,
體脂肪卻不斷的上升阿...現在不得不更精確的控制油脂與熱量的攝取,
不能像以前那樣想吃什麼就吃什麼了。
