[問題] 脂肪囤積速度
小弟我下禮拜要去海灘了
為此我練腹肌練了許久,有氧也做蠻久了
大蓋可以稍微看到6塊
可是...最近沒啥時間訓練...
還吃了一些高熱量的東西(餅乾,蔥油餅,章魚燒之類的...)
想說脂肪會囤積很快嘛??
會不會這禮拜廢一下,然後之前幾個月努力都白費了...
