[討論] 練太累,容易開啟大食模式??
三不五時會這樣
想說多做一些,把力氣全搾乾,結果晚上反而一直想吃東西
就連大燕麥片/早餐玉米片都能狂吃 orz
然後就進入反省模式 orz
似乎反而造成反效果了??
