[問題] 做深蹲的頻率?
小弟是新手 很菜很菜的那種
想請問一下我做深蹲 只有雙手平舉沒有負重 一組15下 做三組
這樣一個禮拜要做幾次? 要做一休一嗎?
身邊有個朋友跟我說沒有負重的話每天做沒問題 這樣正確嗎?
另外做 棒式核心 應該是可以每天做沒問題對吧?
大致爬過文 板上文章好像比較沒有強調頻率
