[問題] 大家練握推的時候肩夾骨會夾緊嗎
如標題 我在學校健身房有個頗猛的人有時候會教我
他說 槓鈴握推的時候要挺胸 肩夾骨夾著固定住
手上下時 肩夾骨也不要開合這樣 我覺得 有點難的說 :( 請問各位大大都會這樣嗎
話說 他是練建力 我上次看他蹲舉290KG = = 有點恐怖
