[問題] 關於HIIT
1.心跳率是根據個人狀態修正嗎??
之前慢跑可以心跳150跑8~9km
如果以150做為心跳70%的基準
那我做HIIT是不是要衝到心跳190以上??
(150/0.7)*0.9 = 約192
2.如果做到最後一、二組
腳先沒力了怎麼辦?
速度慢下來心跳就衝不太上去
3.目前我是做Half burpee -> 開合跳 -> 爬山式各35秒
然後休70秒,做6組約17.5分鐘
之後休息5分鐘左右再踩個中低強度飛輪25分鐘
HIIT一定要做滿20分鐘以上嗎??
