[問題]重訓後睡不好???
各位大大好,小弟先敘述一下自己本身狀況,
大概從去年年初開始比較常規的重訓,
菜單大概是 一天胸、肩膀、三頭, 一天背、二頭, 一天進行有氧跑步,
最近兩個月有慢慢加入腿的訓練,不過還在摸索菜單該如何配
小弟白天上班,所以都晚上回家小睡半小時,吃完飯稍作休息,大概10 點多
到社區附的健身房運動。最近兩三個月發現,重訓完之後都好像睡不太好
沒有那種一覺到天亮的感覺,好像會睡一睡某個姿勢很酸,然後醒來調姿勢在睡
但是這樣睡眠中斷了,讓我隔天會沒有睡飽的感覺。我到大概都一點睡,七個小時
睡眠時間,理當應該足夠。不知道是不是太晚重訓,應該把時間再提前???
有沒有大大有類似的經驗分享
