[問題] 新手基本觀念疑問
大家好
小弟瘦巴巴20幾年 最近開始重訓想要改變
有兩個基本觀念想請問
1. 重訓時要做到"快死掉 手幾乎舉不起來 酸痛到幾乎極限 再下去就要受傷"
然後休息好幾天再繼續比較好
還是"滿酸痛的 感覺有練到了"
然後一週多練幾次比較好?
2. 重訓完的酸痛 同樣部位要休息幾天完全復原再繼續練?
還是沒那麼酸痛了就可以繼續練?
