[心得] 槓鈴划船怎麼練
槓鈴划船是練背的基本動作
但很多人做此動作時腰容易不舒服甚至受傷
分享一下我跟教練學到的一些槓鈴划船技巧
希望大家在做此動作不要受傷
1. 正握或反握皆可
2. 舉起槓鈴,臀部往後坐
3. 利用菱形肌、中斜方、後三角穩定住上半身;腹橫肌出力保護脊椎
4. 背肌出力沿著大腿往上划船
