[問題] 立定跳遠的訓練方式
關於立定跳遠的方式大致上有爬過文研究一下,似乎是要訓練腿部的爆發力。
有稍微參考一下青蛙跳的訓練,但是很怕會對膝蓋有極大的損傷,畢竟膝蓋很寶貴阿
目前有採用深蹲來進行訓練,但不是很確定對腿部的爆發力是不是有幫助?
想說有沒有其他的方式可以增加立定跳遠的訓練?
