[問題] 做深蹲 要先做特殊暖身嗎?
如標題
最近膝蓋韌帶那邊覺得有點酸 而且又有卡卡的感覺
我做深蹲前都有暖身 會先慢跑10分鐘 再做動態暖身
但是 我在做深蹲時 膝蓋都還是會啪啪響 感覺卡卡的ˊ ˋ
真的很困擾 我徒手深蹲也是這樣
請問看看 要先做啥特殊的暖身或拉筋嗎?
但是我又看到網路上有些人還把深蹲當成爬山前的暖身的說 0.0
