[問題] pullover的功用
最近買了黃阿文的書來拜讀
在胸部那部分黃教練提到pullover練胸腔這個動作(之前在別本書是說練下胸)

想知道有練這個跟沒練這個動作有差媽?
胸腔真的會比較大?
有需要把它加到課表裡媽?
