[問題] 基礎代謝率 消肉肉釋疑
各位好
我今天和一位泰國籍健身教練
為基礎代謝率的問題起了一些爭論
我是很老派的認為 只要吃不到基礎代謝率 就很容易減到肌肉量
但這位教練說 即便吃不到基礎代謝率 會減掉的部分 還是會以脂肪為大宗
對身體來說 會去使用肌肉當熱量是一種最後手段
所以 不用太在意吃不到基礎代謝率這件事情
激烈減重時 只要不要餓到就行了
以我之前在課堂所學 確實也都是支持身體不傾向拿肌肉當熱量
所以問題在下面
假設不要太長久 想要激烈減重時 吃不到基代是理想或是可行的手段嗎?
而到底餓"多久" 我的基代才會開始往下掉?
比如說在下我的 基代是1800卡 WG-inbody量的
目前170cm 70kg 17.6%體脂
假如我維持1600卡左右的飲食 大概多久會開始讓我的基代趨近於1600卡?
不恥下問 請教高手。
