[問題] 米麩可以取代白飯嗎?
問個問題,碳水化合物攝取可以用米麩來取代嗎?
看了一下米麩的營養標示。
以100G為單位跟白飯比較.
順序分別是蛋白質、熱量、脂肪、碳水化合物。
米麩是17g/398kcal/3.8g/74g
白飯則是3.1g/183kcal/0.3g/41g
碳水跟蛋白質的含量米麩較多,但是脂肪跟熱量也多。
目前的想法是,用米麩取代白飯,
然後Protein就用蒸雞里肌肉來攝取
請問這樣子做會不會有問題呢?
