[問題] 上班族有在固定健身,但是…
星期日時發生小車禍,手肘膝蓋都有破皮,
包紮好之後膝蓋隱隱作痛,好像有撞傷,
看醫生,有在做復建,
但是蠻怕熱量一直累積,
這時候是先做一些簡單的運動呢,還是專心把傷治好比較好呢?
請各位大大賜教,謝謝!
