[問題] 練腿很噁心
最近開始認真的訓練,但每次練到腿的時候都沒辦法順利的做完循環,
噁心跟暈眩感,讓我第一個動作的第二組或第三組就開始難受了,第四組
根本做不下去。少做一組讓我感覺很不划算(?)而且後面的動作也做不下去
,非常不方便。
我爬過相關訊息說練腿的噁心感是因為神經引起的,等習慣運動就會好點。
所以想請問各位,我應該 1.用高強度有氧代替
2.練低強度重量
3.休息無所謂,等身體習慣
4.其他
哪一個比較合適呢?
我健身的循環是這樣的,
第一天 手臂+背
第二天 腹 +沒練到的背+有氧
第三天 腿
第四天 依疲勞跟痠痛程度,決定要開始新的循環、有氧、還是休息。
