[問題] sumo硬舉和硬舉的差別
如題
上個禮拜第一次練1RM的硬舉
硬舉重量可以到300lbs
後來好奇想說試試看335lbs能不能拉起來
結果
果然不行Orz
但是不死心想說用sumo硬舉試試看
結果居然就這麼成功的拉起來了=口=(我自己都很訝異
沒想到兩種動作重量差這麼多
所以想誠心誠意請教各位強者這兩種到底差在哪呢Orz
題外話
今天第一次練barbell hip thrust
練到便意十足.........
